How to: Add a User, Adjust Roles, Add or remove Text alerts and adjust permissions to View Deals

User's List

Click the Navigation button.

Scroll down and click Users.


Add New User

Click the + button to add a New User.

Enter all of the fields and Select the User Role. Enter Mobile number to receive text alerts. First name, Last name and Email are required. Do not Click Is Staff for Dealership Users.

Click Save.


Permissions

To adjust permissions, click Roles next to the User's name.


Roles

Select the drop down and select one role at a time, starting with the lowest role and working your way up.

Click Add.


Viewer

To identify which users Deals an individual can view, click Viewer.

Select all of the Users that can be viewed. Click Check All if they can view all Users.

Click Save.


Intergrations

To setup Integration with the CRM and DMS, click Integrations.

This step is required for an Admin to complete, or the User will not be able to login.

Enter the DMS or CRM ID here.

Click Save.


Text Alerts

Click Edit.

To receive text notifications, or to stop them, Add or Remove the phone number from the Mobile field.

Click Save.
