Customer Search
From the home screen, click the three lines in the top left to open the Navigation bar.
Click Customer Search.
Search using a unique identifier such as Phone or Email. Customer Information will be searched against your CRM and prior A2Z entries.
Click Search.
Create Customer
If no results are found, enter a new customer. Select Create Customer.
Blue asterisks are required fields.
After inputting information, select Save.
Add New Visit
Click New Visit to begin the customer journey.
Assign To a salesperson, and click Save.
Why Buy Statement
Discuss your dealership’s “Why Buy”. How are you different from others in the marketplace? Why should your customer do business with you? Click Next when ready.
Discovery Session
A series of Wants and Needs questions. This information will push into your CRM.
Answer open-ended questions by typing in the space provided. Click Next to move on to the next question.
Single choice question, select one that applies, and click Next.
Multiple choice questions. Select all that apply, and click Next.
Branching questions, following workflow and questions are dependent on the answer chosen here. Select, and click Next.
The final question will display the Pick Vehicle button. Select it to move onto Vehicle Selection.
Vehicle Selection
To search for a specific vehicle, Click the Stock or VIN field and enter the information.
Filter the inventory by using the options on the left side.
Click the Vehicle Image or make a selection by clicking on Your Journey to proceed.
Click Description to view vehicle details.
Options and Tech Specs include additional details.
