From the Deals page, click the Actions dropdown and select Customer Loan Details.
Users with permission to view an Amazon Customer Loan Details page will be able to view all data, including the Loan Submissions & Decisions sections.

Dealer: Dealer information
Vehicle Information: Detailed view of the vehicle being purchased. Note: Certified Pre-Owned and Used vehicles will have the MSRP/Retail Value, Book Name, and Wholesale Value.
Trade Vehicle: (If applicable) Trade Allowance, Payoff and Equity/Negative Equity amount.
