Desking
From the Vehicle Display Page, click Your Journey.
Click Calculate Payment.
Customer Verification
Complete the fields in Customer Verification and click Continue.
Taxes are returned from MarketScan based on Customer’s zip code. A default rate will be generated based on the Estimated Credit Score.
Accessories
Review the accessories, and click Close.
Accessory Page may be locked and require a manager to enable desking.
Calculate Payments
Use the slider or type in the customer's credit score.
Select the Term. This field is permission based.
Enter the APR. This field is permission based.
Review the Down Payment and updated Monthly Payment.
Click Terms.
Update the Odometer field.
Input or adjust additional information. Click Accessories to view the accessories menu.
Hover over the Rebates symbol to view rebate information. Adjust Trade or Rebates by clicking on the Pencil next to them.
Enter the information in the fields. To add additional trade, click Add Another Trade.
You can add up to 3 trade vehicles.
Click Save when done, or Cancel to return back without saving.
Click Taxes.
View and adjust Taxes if necessary, and click Calculate.
Click Fees.
View and adjust Fees if necessary.
Deal Types
Present multiple deal types by selecting from the drop down.
Compare Payments
Select the More drop down menu, and select Compare Payments.
Compare Finance and Lease payment types. Three different Terms and three different Down Payments will be displayed. Select desired payment and click Apply. Click Print.
Once the customer is comfortable with structure, click Continue.
Capturing Signatures
Check the Email Document box, and enter the email address in the field.
Select signature style, and allow customer to Type OR Draw signature.
Check the acknowledgment box.
Click Save.
Base Payment Agreement
Click Expand, Print or Download.
To return to the Deals page, click Deals List.
Stage will now read "Desking Complete."
