Tekion CRM Integration Guide

A2Z Sync now integrates directly with Tekion CRM. Follow the steps below to request and activate the connection — once set up, your deal data will sync automatically between both platforms.

Before you begin

Make sure you are logged into Tekion CRM with an account that has admin or integration permissions. If you are unsure, contact your dealership's Tekion administrator.

1. Open the Integration Hub

From inside Tekion CRM, click the App Grid menu, then go to the Apps tab. Under the APC section, click the Integration Hub tile to open it.

  • All Integrations — shows every integration available on the platform.

  • My Integrations — shows integrations you already have access to, or have previously requested.


2. Find A2Z Sync

Click the All Integrations tab. Use the Search icon (magnifying glass) to search for A2Z Sync Leads.


3. Request the Connection

On the A2Z Sync integration screen, click the Request Connection button in the upper-right corner of the screen.


4. Review and Accept Data Permissions

A pop-up window will appear with two tabs. Work through both before confirming:

  • Data Permissions — review the data A2Z Sync will access. Click Next when ready.

  • Terms & Conditions — review the publisher and authorizer details.


5. Accept & Connect

Click the Accept & Connect button in the lower-right corner of the pop-up to finalize the connection. If you need to go back at any point, use the Previous button.


What happens next?

Once you've submitted your connection request, the A2Z Sync team will verify your setup and confirm that your deal data is syncing correctly. You don't need to do anything else — we'll reach out if we need additional information.
