Lending Lane Full vs Lending Lane Lite

A2Z provides two integrated solutions to support the credit application process. Both Lending Lane Full and Lending Lane Lite deliver streamlined workflows and key benefits designed to enhance efficiency and improve the customer experience.

Lending Lane Full

Once the credit application is submitted in A2Z, Lending Lane Full allows users to view credit score, credit report and view and edit the credit application before submitting to lenders. Users can submit their deals directly to lenders and receive decisions within the A2Z platform. Users can track the Loan Status of a deal as well as the history of the loan submission (who submitted it to which lenders and when).


Loan Status

From the Deals page, review the Loan Status column.

Four Loan Status' may appear:

Pending: Automatic stage once credit application has been submitted.

In Review: Manual stage once the deal has been reviewed in store.

Bank: Automatic stage once deal has been submitted and waiting for approval from the lender.

Decision: Manual stage once call back is received from the lender.

Loan Details

Click Actions and select Loan Details.

Loan Details page will provide all information of the deal structure to review and submit to lenders.

Loan Details breakdown. Top portion of page:

Loan Details: Loan Status

Score Cards: Credit Bureau pulled including credit score and DTI%. Full credit report can be viewed.

Credit Bureau Rating: Credit Score, Red Flags, OFAC and Risk Based Pricing can be viewed.

Loan Details breakdown. Lower portion of page.

Vehicle of Interest: Detailed view of the vehicle being purchased.

Trade Vehicle: Trade Allowance, Payoff and Equity/Negative Equity amount.

Deal Details: Base Payment Agreement.

Click Loan Status to update the current stage.


Loan Submissions & Decisions

Click the Loan Submissions & Decisions tab to view Lender, Status and details.

Select the Lender to review approval details, stipulations, comments and history. You may submit to additional lenders.

Go back to Deals after reviewing final approvals to edit menu.


Lending Lane Lite

Lending Lane Lite allows the credit application to be completed and submitted to Dealertrack or RouteOne portal. Everything is handled in the lending portal from there.
